Fulfillment Partner

We ship all orders using Shiprocket, which connects us with India’s leading courier partners to ensure reliable nationwide delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, local disruptions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on your delivery PIN code, package weight, and dimensions.
  • The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before payment.
  • No hidden fees are charged beyond what is displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Locations

We currently ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India. If your address is unserviceable, our team will contact you with an alternative solution or a full refund.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped. This allows you to track your package in real time until it reaches you.

Payment

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Missed Deliveries and Reattempts

In case of a missed delivery attempt, the courier will retry up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping will be possible after additional shipping charges are paid.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

No Cash on Delivery

  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All orders must be prepaid via Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or wallets.
