Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of infantwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review size and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@maatritv.com with your order number and photos. We will assess and arrange a resolution if the claim is valid.

Order Fulfillment and Tracking

We ship via Shiprocket and provide tracking links post-dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–10 business days depending on your location.

No Cash on Delivery

All orders are prepaid and securely processed via Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Missed Deliveries and Re-attempts

Courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur extra charges.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
